Breaking changes 1
The CommonJS build is dropped; only ESM is published, avoiding the dual-package hazard that caused instanceof checks to fail in single-module-system runtimes.
@owf/crypto 0.43 changes
Breaking changes 3
Decoding base64url input with an impossible length, such as a single trailing character, now throws instead of returning a corrupt byte.
JWT decoding builds on the shared encoding layers, making JSON decoded from base64url strict about UTF-8.
The environment must provide TextEncoder and TextDecoder because string encoding and decoding now use them.

Adds a package-specific exception class extending IdentityException, replacing plain Error throws.
