ResizeObserver callbacks are coalesced into requestAnimationFrame to prevent loop-completed-with-undelivered-notifications errors during streamed content growth.
Auto-scroll now hands off from anchor hold to follow-output when a streamed reply fills the viewport, retains follow-output during rapid growth, and avoids scroll-button flicker while closing gaps.
With autoScroll enabled, a newly appended scrollAnchor placement is no longer abandoned, keeping the anchored turn at the reading line while the reply streams.
