New APIs and options 2
TableCell and TableHeader nodes now have an align attribute supporting left, center, and right alignment, parsed from and serialized to Markdown and HTML.
Adds an option to customize whether the table wrapper for the resizable node view is rendered in non-editable mode.
Behavior and default changes 1
Custom table widths can be set by respecting user-provided style attributes instead of always overriding them with calculated widths.
Fixes and other changes 7
Fixed table markdown pipe escaping so the extension loads on older Safari and iOS versions, including WebKit before Safari 16.4.
Deleting the last row or column no longer moves the cursor outside the table when there is content below it.
Inserting tables with empty cells or headers now backfills their default block content, avoiding invalid-content errors.
Hard breaks and paragraph breaks in table cells are serialized as
<br>instead of spaces, preserving them through a parse/serialize round trip.HTML table parsing now uses the matching <col> width for table cells and headers when they lack their own colwidth attribute.
Pipe characters inside backtick inline code spans no longer split cells in leading-pipe or pipeless GFM tables, preserving code formatting.
Configured HTMLAttributes such as class and data-* are now applied to the rendered <table> element when resizable is disabled.

Breaking changes 2
Table, TableRow, TableCell, and TableHeader are imported as named exports from this package instead of from separate table packages.
UMD builds have been removed, so projects relying on them need to change how they load the package.
