Restores BUILD-001 logging and diagnostic context when an expose cannot resolve.
Fixes the shared entry build finishing its make phase before the module tree is built, preventing filesystem-cache crashes or fallback bundles with missing modules and ensuring entry errors are reported.
An exposed module that fails to resolve no longer exits the Node process; webpack reports the error, container.get() throws MODULE_NOT_FOUND, and watch mode and dev servers keep running.
