The 3.0 to 3.1 upgrade now upgrades schemas in the default entry of a Responses Object instead of mistaking it for the default keyword.
The upgrader converts a oneOf or anyOf arm containing only nullable: true and optional annotations into { type: 'null' }, preserving nested extension payloads.
Named examples whose names contain a slash are kept; only registered media types are treated as media-type keys, preventing request body examples from being dropped.
