New APIs and options 1
Options can now be passed through to Node's http2.connect.
Performance 1
Loading of the node:http module is deferred.
Fixes and other changes 11
The timeout is cleared before destroying an HTTP/2 session, preventing completed requests from being retained until the timer fires.
Isolated HTTP/2 sessions are destroyed and their timeout is managed.
Types were updated to support isolatedModules=true.
On GOAWAY, the handler now prefers session.close() instead of immediately calling session.destroy().
Adds an eventStream indicator signal to NodeHttp2ConnectionManager so it does not reuse connections for event streams.
Abort errors now use a new mutable Error with the original as .cause, preventing retry middleware from failing when setting $metadata on a frozen or sealed abort reason.
Aborted requests are rejected with AbortSignal.reason instead of a generic Error.
Calls request.end() without an argument when the buffer is empty.
Uses the configured logger when one is provided.
Skips the body write delay when the HTTP Agent is externally owned.
HTTP/1 calls with this header are shifted to isolated HTTP Agents.
