This new option disables insertion of a default block above a first-node code block when pressing ArrowUp.

Pressing ArrowUp in a code block that is the first document node now inserts a default block above it, matching ArrowDown behavior.
Fixes tilde-fenced code blocks being silently dropped when parsing markdown.
