Breaking changes 5
Corrects shortcodes for number sign, Thai regional indicators, and Danish and Swedish #锔忊儯 and 馃敓 labels.
The field now uses the fully-qualified form from emoji-test.txt; 152 emoji that default to emoji presentation no longer include a redundant FE0F.
Statuses now match emoji-test.txt: text-presentation and redundant FE0F forms are not fully qualified, and skin tone and hair components use the COMPONENT qualifier.
Sequence names now use CLDR short names, retaining every skin tone in names.
Groups now follow the Emoji Versions table in UTS #51; Emoji 13.1 sequences move to 13, and components that are not emoji on their own are omitted.

Added for emoji whose people are gendered, including those without a gender sign.

The preset now includes every shortcode, including shortcodes already in Latin, so it can be used on its own.

The subgroup is translated as insects or small creatures instead of a software bug or error in 17 locales.
Locale labels and keywords now resolve through real CLDR parent locales and inherit separately; flag and keycap names, keyword casing, tags, and the Hindi regional-indicator label are corrected.
Updates to Emoji v18 and CLDR 49 beta 1, adding 9 emoji with localized labels and keywords, plus skin tones for the two thumb signs.
Adds missing Emoji v17 shortcodes for the iamcal shortcode set.
