Removes the networking preview and its feature flag.
Now serializes its value eagerly into a retaining Serializable instead of rebuilding it lazily on each runtime through a handle.

New APIs and options 8
Evaluates the bundle on the UI Worklet Runtime on a background thread while the RN Runtime evaluates it, instead of on the JS thread in start; bundleModeMetroConfig prepends a triggering polyfill.
Adds a fast path for number or boolean values without serialization; fixed-type Synchronizables expose setDirty, a non-exclusive write that does not wait for other setDirty calls.
Adds enableNetworking, which defaults to true and is forced off on runtimes without the Event Loop.
Adds getCurrentThreadId as a public JavaScript API.
Adds isOnUIThread to the Worklets Stable API.
Adds iOS Swift Package Manager support through Package.swift and SPM integration metadata in react-native.config.js.
Adds networking APIs for Worklet Runtimes in Bundle Mode, including XMLHttpRequest, Blob, FileReader, fetch, Headers, Request, Response, FormData, AbortController, and AbortSignal.
Adds blob and arraybuffer response types to XMLHttpRequest in the Worklets networking module.
Behavior and default changes 3
On Worklet Runtimes, queueMicrotask now enqueues native Hermes jobs rather than using a custom JavaScript microtask queue.
The fourth argument is now autoworkletized.

Tooling 1
Ships the OXC Worklets plugin at this package path, with prebuilt binaries for macOS, Linux, and Windows on x64 and arm64.
Fixes and other changes 5
The plugin no longer workletizes getters, setters, or constructors.
Fixes a ReferenceError when a worklet file assigns to module.exports.
Adds support for React Native 0.88.
Native methods on the Worklets module proxy again read missing trailing arguments as undefined instead of throwing, fixing calls on guest runtimes in Legacy Eval mode.
